What are your shipping options?
  1. Standard Shipping: Expect your order in 3-4 business days. Free for orders over $75.
  2. Express Shipping: Need it ASAP? Get it in 1-2 business days. Free for orders over $150.

We don't currently ship internationally, but stay tuned! Right now, SEAS ships exclusively within the United States as we work toward expanding to more destinations.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We partner with trusted carriers like USPS and FedEx to get your order to you quickly and safely. While we can’t promise a specific carrier for your delivery, rest assured that your package is in good hands.

How do I cancel my order?

Change of plans? Email us at hello@78andsunnyapparel.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate updates before your order ships.

Returns

How do I return my order?

We’re all about making it easy. If you’d like to return an order—or part of one—just head to our Returns & Exchanges Portal to request a shipping label. Repackage your item(s), attach the label, and drop it off at any designated shipping location within 60 days of receiving your item(s). That’s it!

How much time do I have to return my items?

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return or exchange. Once you request your return label through our Returns & Exchanges Portal, you’ll have 7-10 days to get your package on its way to us.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. Keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email once we’ve processed your return.

Where can I find my coupon codes?

Tap the SEAS Insider icon at the bottom left of your screen and head to “Redeem Points.” You’ll see any available rewards listed there—with your coupon codes ready and waiting.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you’re in the “Redeem Points” section, just click “redeem” next to any reward you want to use. Then hit “Add to Checkout” to apply it to your current order.

How do I refer a friend?

Easy. Tap the SEAS Insider icon (bottom left of your screen) and scroll to the “Refer a Friend” section. You’ll find your personal link there—just copy and share it with your favorite people. When your friend uses the link and enters their email, they’ll get $15 off. Once they use it, you’ll get $15 in points added to your account. Good style and good karma. Pass it on.
