We know you might have some questions for us, so here are a few of the most common things people are looking for. If you need assistance with shipping or returns, you can find that info here, as well!

Shipping

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping (Free):

  • Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days from the date of purchase.
  • This option is free of charge for all orders.

Express Shipping ($10):

  • Need your items in a hurry? Opt for express shipping!
  • Enjoy delivery within 1-2 business days for a flat rate of $10.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We use multiple carriers to ship out our orders. Orders are typically delivered to you by your local post office (USPS) or FedEx. We, unfortunately, can't select a specific carrier for delivery.

Please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@78andsunnyapparel.com for assistance with canceling an order. We cannot guarantee cancelation depending on the status of your order.

Returns

We're all about making it easy, so we've enclosed a shipping label with your order. If you wish to return an order, or part of one, all you need to do is repackage your item(s), affix the label to the package and drop it off at any designated shipping location within 60 days of receiving your item(s).

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method 7-10 business days after the item is received. Look for a confirmation email when we’ve received the item.

There should be a return label in every package - just check your receipt!

If you can't find your return label, feel free to contact us at hello@78andsunnyapparel.com and we'll be happy to send you a new one.

Exchanges can be requested within 60 calendar days after your order is received. If you are interested in an exchange, please contact us!

 We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes of items received
  • Replacements for damaged items

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Different colors
  • Different styles
